Viruses
Always remember not to opens attachment from people your are not expecting to send an attachment to you. Even your friends and family may be unknowingly sending you a virus. If you have a virus scanning program, make sure you update your 'virus data' file montly. You should also go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/default.htm and update your Internet Explorer and Outlook Express, to help prevent some viruses being installed on your computer.
