If you opted for email statements, bills are sent to your Sierra Internet Services email address unless you have requested a different address. Receipts, late notices, and other correspondence will also be sent to this address.
Paper billing is available for $2.00/month. Statements are mailed to the postal address on file.
If you pay by card, you will not receive a statement but will receive a receipt via email. Please ensure we have a current email address on file.
Account on hold? If you'll be away for over a month, we can place your account on hold status. Your monthly charge will be reduced to $5.00/month (email only). Contact our billing department for details.
