Sierra Internet Services provides web hosting with DirectAdmin control panels, domain registration, and one-click application installs via Installatron. We also offer server co-location and custom hosting solutions. Visit our Services page for full details and pricing.
Installatron is a one-click application installer included with all hosting plans. It lets you install WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, WooCommerce, and 100+ other web applications instantly through your control panel. Installatron also handles automatic updates and backups for installed applications.
Contact our sales team at sales@sierranv.net or call 800-565-1837 to register a domain. We support all major TLDs including .com, .net, .org, and many more. We can also transfer existing domains to our management.
Yes, we accept domain transfers. The process is straightforward — contact our sales team and we'll walk you through it. Your domain will continue to work without interruption during the transfer. Any remaining registration time with your current registrar will be added to your new registration.
We use DirectAdmin control panels for web hosting management. The control panel gives you full access to manage your website files, email accounts, databases, DNS settings, and Installatron application installs — all from one intuitive web interface.
Hosting accounts are typically active within 24 hours of signing up. You'll receive an email with your account credentials and setup instructions.

You can access your Sierra Internet Services email from any web browser by visiting mail.sierranv.net. Log in with your full email address and password.
Contact our Technical Support team at 702-450-6601 or 800-565-1837. You'll need to provide account verification information, and our team will help you reset your password. For security, we may call you back at the phone number on file for your account.
Technical support is available:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Most Holidays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. See our Contact page for full hours.
You can upload files through the File Manager in your DirectAdmin control panel, or via FTP/SFTP using a client like FileZilla. Your control panel login credentials are the same ones you use for the web-based file manager. Contact support if you need help setting up FTP access.

💳 Billing

We offer several payment methods:

1. PayPal — One-time or recurring subscription payments via PayPal.
2. Credit/Debit Card — Pay online with your card.
3. Check/Money Order — Mail payment to our Las Vegas office. Please ensure payment is received before the 18th of each month.

If you opted for email statements, check your Sierra Internet Services email inbox (or the alternate email you provided). If you opted for paper billing ($2/month), statements are mailed to your postal address. If paying by credit/debit card, you won't receive a statement but will get a receipt via email. Contact billing at billing@sierranv.net if you're still not receiving statements.
Yes. If you'll be away for over a month, we can place your account on "hold" status. Your monthly charge will be reduced to $5.00/month, which keeps your email active. Contact our billing department to set this up.
Yes! If someone referred you to Sierra Internet Services, mention their name when placing your order and we'll credit their account. Note: the referral must be mentioned at the time you initially sign up.
Sierra Internet Services is the parent company of Sierra Internet Services, Corp. You may see this name on some billing or corporate documents.
